Located between the self-produced settlement of José Félix Ribas and the planned neighborhood of Palo Verde, an abandoned site became an opportunity to create a small Urban Link connecting two contrasting urban conditions through public space and recreation.

The project uses a continuous ground surface to establish physical connections, frames views toward the surrounding self-produced city, and preserves existing vegetation and shade as part of the park’s spatial structure. An existing bamboo landscape is reinterpreted as vertical play elements, giving the park its distinctive identity.
