Description

The rise of information, communication technologies, and the metaverse have inevitably promoted a change in management processes. This course proposes to discuss these technological processes and tools from the perspective of Spatial Democracy.

Learning Outcomes

– Discuss the sociopolitical implications between fakeness and reality in the realm of planning and design.

– Explore the overlapping between design techniques and user experiences (UX) through user interfaces (U.I.) of participatory design.

– Introduce some technological tools for the promotion of democratic territories.
